*Bodycore
It is approximately 30 minutes standing, where you roll you body in large-motion movements. And balance training, no hour-series no jumping. 20 min muscle training with influences from Pilates. The hour ends with 10 minutes stretching.

*Power hour
Easy-hour interval, where muscle movement, and unto rolling take turns.

*Total perfectbody
31.10. Moore challenged version of the Perfectbody hour. The training lesson is lead by well known instructor: Kiki Halme

*Afro
Powerful dance hour. Time for an African dance movements and dance to African rhythms. Does not require any background and dance squills, fits all!

*TBT Total body training
TBT Total Body Training Hour, which does not leave a dry eye! Not choreography. No fuzzing, nothing but effective training. TG's own concept. The program will run 10 weeks. Welcome to the sweat! Results-for the Body with training.

*Total Stretch
Stretch hour, Initially warm gently (sometimes assistance using a cane). Time is stretched muscles over long stretch by using dynamically, and finally relax.
