Perfect complement to gym training...
The perfect addition to gym training! At TG Spin you don’t need a sense of rhythm or great coordination – everyone knows how to ride a bike! Our trained Spin teachers give you the basic instructions and you can adjust the resistance and speed to your liking. Our TG Spin Body Bike –bicycles are easy to use! Each lesson includes warm-up and cool-down periods, stretching and cleaning of the bikes. We ensure you that you’ll sweat during this class, so bring a bottle of water and a gym towel with to class. Biking shorts and shows will make your Spin experience more enjoyable, but with a basic gym outfit and shoes you’ll do just fine.
BASIC
This is where you should start your spinning hobby! At Basic you will get more acquainted to the bike as well as the pedaling technique, no fast sprints or long hills. This lesson is diverse and easy, but definitely not boring!
ROADRIDE
A speedy lesson where you alternate between flats, accelerations, sprints, climbs and declines. For experienced cyclers.
UPHILL
Longish climbs of varied tempos and speedy declines. Lots of cycling standing up. Easy but very effective.
SPIN BODY
A muscle training lesson, where the warm-up is done on the bikes.
