Kettlebell training is challenging and locomotor, very versatile and fun. Besides, it improves muscle endurance, it helps to have endurance, flexibility, balance and muscle coordination.
Kettlebell training works for everyone. Participating in kettlebell training does not need any previous experience.
Kettlebell Training Course is recommended. The training gives you the necessary know-how of the group lessons, and for their own training the best possible knowledge.

Kettlebells hours deducted Elitra Coach Jukka Rajala, who has many years experience of kettlebell training.
