Jooga
Challenging & invigorating yoga workout for all levels. Vinyasa Yoga exercise, no real relaxation pausseja but "asanas" a steady stream of ujjãyi-abdominal breathing exercise that is the absolute core. Exercises to develop strength, endurance and mobility in the body. At the end of a separate relaxation of mind and silence. "Asana" during the exercise can also use music to intensify the workout.
Body & Move

BODY
A sometimes choreographed (depends on the trainer) muscle conditioning class with a warm-up. Gain more strength and stamina! With or without added resistance.
BODYWORK
Welcome to challenge your physical health in a new way. Classes are mixed with 7 min intervals with aerobic movements, either with the step-board or on the floor. Free weights are also used.
COMBO
A fairly tough choreographed class that really gets your heart rate up. No muscle training. Burn away the calories!
CORE
A hardcore workout for your mid-section! No choreography. Work on your poise and deep muscles in a relaxed setting. Suitable for everyone, also beginners.
DANCE
Fun, sweaty and easy dancing in the spirit of music videos. Come and have fun and a good workout through dancing!
PERFECTBODY
A tough workout with three rounds of exercises and sweat-building in between. Not choreographed, just a rough workout. The name says it all!
salsa
Dance hour with very nice latino rythms. Really fun & effective training hour for everybody.
STEP
A true fat-burner. An aerobic workout with a step-board, no muscle training.
STRETCHING
When did you last stretch properly? A stretching and muscle relaxation lesson. Try it out, it’s good for you!
TG PUMP
Töölö Gym Pump is muscle endurance training with familiar exercises. As an added resistance you can use a barbell with the appropriate weights. The lesson is suitable for everyone regardless of experience. Spice up your workout!
