Start light
In all of Töölö Gym’s Bic lessons you will be exercising under the guidance of a trained professional. You should start your aerobic hobby with the BASIC lessons. For those disliking choreographed lessons we recommend: Spin-classes, CIRCUIT, TG PUMP, PERFECTBODY, BODYWORK and BODYPILATES. Also, don’t forget body maintenance classes STRETCHING and BODYPILATES. To a class, wear comfortable gym clothes and gym shoes. A gym towel and a bottle of water with are also good to have. Bic is suitable for men as well! Don’t be afraid to try us out!
